Solfeggio frequency 528Hz Meditation
A meditation to connect with Solfeggio frequency 528Hz meditation.
The Ancient Solfeggio Frequencies are musical tones that make up the ancient 6-tone scale thought to have been used in sacred music, including the beautiful Byzantian or Gregorian Chants. Originally said to have been developed by a Benedictine monk, Guido d’Arezzo (c. 991 AD – c. 1050 AD, the chants and their special tones were believed to impart spiritual blessings when sung in harmony.
Each Solfeggio tone is comprised of a frequency required to balance our energy and keep our body, mind and spirit in perfect harmony.
The tones were hidden until they were rediscovered by Dr Joseph Puleo in 1974. He applied a Pythagorean method to calculating the frequencies, and then discovered a further 3 tones.
Nikola Tesla, the quantum physics genius that inspired Albert Einstein, is said to have stated, “If you only knew the magnificence of the 3, 6 and 9, then you would hold a key to the universe”. The numbers 3, 6, and 9 are the fundamental root vibrations of the Solfeggio frequencies.
In this meditation, we invite the 528Hz frequency, said to be the frequency of wonderful life transformations, to bathe every part of our physical, mental, emotional and spiritual bodies - our body mind and soul. We meditate on what we would wish to welcome in our lives and in the world.
