Family Constellations teach how we also can inherit traumas that our ancestors were unable to heal, due to them being too painful to deal with at the time. Those unhealed traumas can then be woven into the very fabric of our DNA, trauma that is passed down generation to generation. Being able to lovingly return the burdens that aren’t ours to carry, and bring healing for ourselves and our ancestors frees them and us. It creates the space for us to receive the blessings that they wish to bestow upon us; their wish is for our lives to be easier.
